摘  要:炼铝企业作为能耗大、污染大的代表性企业,为了顺应可持续发展要求,节能降耗,逐步摒弃以往的低效率、高能耗以及高污染的炼铝电解生产工艺,尝试着运用低温铝电解工艺,可以实现电流高效利用,减少资源损耗和环境污染,延长电解槽使用寿命,对于铝生产企业的运营效益和竞争优势提升有着积极作用。对此,本文主要就低温铝电解工艺和控制技术进行研究,明确相关定义和工艺要点所在,以求推动低温铝电解工艺高水平发展,助力铝生产企业持续发展。As a representative enterprise with high energy consumption and high pollution,aluminum smelting enterprises are trying to use in order to comply with the requirements of sustainable development,save energy and reduce consumption,and gradually abandon the low efficiency,high energy consumption and high pollution aluminum electrolysis production process.The low-temperature aluminum electrolysis process can achieve high-efficiency use of current,reduce resource loss and environmental pollution,and extend the service life of the electrolysis cell,which has a positive effect on the improvement of the operational efficiency and competitive advantage of aluminum production enterprises.In this regard,this article mainly studies the low-temperature aluminum electrolysis process and control technology,clarifies the relevant definitions and key points of the process,in order to promote the high-level development of the low-temperature aluminum electrolysis process and help the sustainable development of aluminum production enterprises.
