摘 要:国外某低品位金矿石,金矿物与黄铁矿、石英关系复杂,嵌布粒度细,属硫化物石英脉型难选低品位矿石。采用浮选方法,通过细磨使目的矿物充分解离,以D12(捕收剂)与A106为组合药剂,替代现场的异丁基黄药和MIBC,以强化对细粒级及富连生体金矿物的捕收,有效提高了金矿物的回收率。工业试验结果表明,新药剂跟现场药剂方案相比,金矿物回收率提高了4.13%,工业试验取得了较好技术指标。There is a low-grade gold ore abroad.The relationship between gold ore and pyrite and quartz is complex.The Mosaic granularity is fine.The flotation method was used to fully isolate the target minerals by fine grinding,and the combination of D12 (collector) and A106 was used to replace the isobutyl xanthate and MIBC in the field,so as to enhance the collection of gold minerals of fine grain and rich biotite,and effectively improve the recovery rate of gold minerals.The industrial test results show that the gold recovery rate of the new reagent is 4.13% higher than that of the field reagent.
