摘  要:针对目前国内大容积高压萃取釜较缺乏的状况,设计了一种适用于大容积高压萃取釜、方便操作且经济适用的快开结构。快开结构中斜置的内嵌式滑块将受力分解为轴向力和径向力,降低剪力对滑块的影响。密封环和平盖焊接为一体,减少密封环拆卸次数,增加密封圈的寿命。基于理论力学和有限元分析,通过ANSYS软件对快开结构进行设计、应力评定和疲劳分析,结果验证了该快开结构满足应力强度和疲劳损伤要求。In view of the shortage of large-volume high-pressure extraction kettle,a convenient and economical quick-opening structure was designed which is suitable for large-volume high-pressure extraction kettle.In the quick-opening structure,the diagonal embedded slider decomposed the force into axial force and radial force to reduce the influence of shear force on the slider.The sealing ring and the flat cover were welded to decrease disassembly number of the sealing ring and increase the life of the seal ring.On the basis of theoretical mechanics and finite element analysis,the design,stress assessment and fatigue analysis of fast-opening structure were carried out by ANSYS software.The results show that the quick-opening structure meets the requirements of stress strength and fatigue damage.
