摘 要:为研究目前常用天然气调压器的优缺点和选用原则,分析了直接作用式调压器和间接作用式调压器的结构特点,总结了国内天然气场站常用的一种调压系统的结构和功能,并选取某天然气样本参数,对调压过程中的热值变化做了计算,最后预测智能化、多功能天然气调压器是发展方向。In order to discuss the advantages and disadvantages and selection principles of natural gas pressure regulators commonly used at present,the structural characteristics of direct acting voltage regulator and indirect acting voltage regulator were analyzed,the structure and function of a pressure regulating system commonly used in domestic natural gas stations were summarized,taking a natural gas parameters as a sample,the calorific value change in the process of regulating the pressure was calculated.Finally,it is predicted that intelligent and multifunctional natural gas pressure regulator is the future development direction.
