丹参川芎嗪注射液对PCI患者术后心肌缺血再灌注的保护作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析丹参川芎嗪注射液对经皮冠脉介入治疗(P C I)患者术后心肌缺血再灌注保护作用。方法:选取2018年5月—2019年12月我院接收的PCI患者159例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=79)行常规西药治疗,研究组(n=80)在对照组基础上行丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察患者PCI前后血清炎症因子、抗氧化指标变化。结果:研究组PCI术后炎症反应因子为(6.52±1.65)mg/L,MDA水平为(3.13±1.01)nmol/L,均显著低于对照组的(8.98±1.85)mg/L和(5.08±1.63)nmol/L(P<0.05),且研究组术后SOD、NO水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液可有效抑制PCI术后炎症反应、清除患者机体氧自由基,进而起到PCI术后心肌缺血再灌注保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and analyze its related mechanism.Methods A total of 159 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number method,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=79)received conventional western medicine treatment,while the study group(n=80)was treated with Danshen ligustrazine Injection on this basis,and the changes of serum inflammatory factors and antioxidant indexes were observed before and after PCI.Results The inflammatory reaction factor and MDA level of the study group after PCI were(6.52±1.65)mg/L and(3.13±1.01)nmol/L,both of which were significantly lower than those of the control group(8.98±1.85)mg/L and(5.08±1.63)nmol/L(P<0.05),and the levels of SOD and NO after PCI were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen Ligustrazine Injection can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction after PCI and scavenging oxygen free radicals in patients,thus playing a protective role in myocardial ischemia reperfusion after PCI.
