摘 要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中前蛋白转换酶枯草溶菌素9(proprotein converrasesubtilisinkexin type 9)水平与血脂、血压等动脉粥样硬化常见的危险因素之间的相关性。方法:选取2017-2019年利用双抗夹心ELISA的方法检测80例T2DM患者和39例正常人血清PCSK9水平,对T2DM组血清PCSK9与动脉粥样硬化的关系进行多元逐步回归分析(Stepwise regression)。结果:T2DM无动脉粥样硬化组(A组)、T2DM大血管动脉粥样硬化组(B组)患者与正常人群相比,血清中PCSK9水平明显升高,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);B组患者P C S K9水平明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T2D M动脉粥样硬化组经降脂治疗后血清PCSK9水平明显升高。结论:T2DM患者血清PCSK9水平与评估AS程度的指标密切相关,可能成为临床预测及评估T2DM患者AS相关大血管疾病发生风险的指标。Objective To study the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)serum protein first converting enzyme hay bacteriolysin 9(proprotein converrasesubtilisinkexin type 9)level and blood lipid,blood pressure and other relationship between the common risk factors of atherosclerosis.Methods Serum PCSK9 levels in 80 patients with T2DM and 39 healthy subjects were detected by double-antibody sandwich ELISA from 2017 to 2019,and the relationship between serum PCSK9 and atherosclerosis in the T2DM group was analyzed by Stepwise regression analysis.Results Compared with the normal population,serum PCSK9 levels in T2DM patients without atherosclerosis(group A)and T2DM patients with large vessel atherosclerosis(group B)were significantly increased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).PCSK9 level in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum PCSK9 levels were significantly increased in T2DM atherosclerosis group after lipid-lowering therapy.CONCLUSIONS Serum PCSK9 level in T2DM patients is closely related to the assessment of AS degree,and may be used AS a clinical indicator to predict and evaluate the risk of AS-related macrovascular diseases in T2DM patients.
