摘　　要：目的:分析外周血T淋巴细胞亚群百分率及绝对值计数对评价肿瘤患者免疫功能的价值。方法:用流式细胞学方法分别检测32例晚期肿瘤患者(肿瘤组)及30例健康人(健康组)外周血中总C D3^(+)、C D3^(+)C D4^(+)、C D3^(+)C D8^(+)的绝对值计数及百分率,分析两组人群的检测结果。结果:肿瘤组的总C D3^(+)百分率与健康组比较差异不显著,但绝对值计数显著低于健康组(P<0.01);CD3^(+)CD4^(+)的百分率及绝对值计数均低于健康组,差异显著(P<0.01);CD3^(+)CD8^(+)百分率高于健康组,差异显著(P<0.01),绝对值计数显著低于健康组(P<0.05)。结论:淋巴细胞亚群绝对值计数比淋巴细胞亚群百分率更能精确的评价晚期肿瘤患者的免疫状态。Objective To analyze the value of the absolute counts and percentage of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets on immune function in tumor patients.Methods The absolute counts and percentage of total CD3^(+)、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)in peripheral blood of 32 patients with advanced tumor and 30 healthy subjects were detected by flow cytometry.The detection results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the healthy control group,the percentage of total CD3^(+)in the advanced tumor group not significantiy changed,and the absolute value was lower(P<0.01);the percentage of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)and the absolute of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)all low(P<0.01);the percentage of CD3^(+)CD8^(+)increased significantiy(P<0.01),but and the absolute value was lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Absolute lymphocyte subsets counts is more accurate than lymphocyte subsets percentage in the analysis of patients with advanced tumor.
