勃母石溶胶结合氧化铝-莫来石多孔陶瓷的制备

摘  要:以α-Al_(2)O_(3)微粉和SiO 2微粉为原料,勃母石(γ-AlOOH)溶胶为结合剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为发泡剂,采用发泡法制备氧化铝-莫来石多孔陶瓷。研究了勃姆石溶胶掺量(w)为1%、2%、4%、5%、6%、8%,发泡剂(SDS)掺量(w)为1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%、3%、5%时对多孔陶瓷试样显气孔率和耐压强度的影响,以及烧制温度(1300、1350、1400、1450、1500、1600℃)对其性能和显微结构的影响。研究表明:多孔陶瓷试样的显气孔率随着勃母石溶胶掺量的增加逐渐减小,耐压强度却逐渐增大;显气孔率随着发泡剂(SDS)掺量的增加先增加后减小,而其耐压强度先减小后增加。耐压强度随着烧制温度升高先增大后减小,而显气孔率却一直下降。勃姆石(γ-AlOOH)掺量为5%(w)、发泡剂(SDS)掺量为2.5%(w)、烧制温度1450℃为最优制备条件,此时,试样的耐压强度为6.7 MPa、显气孔率为79.5%、热导率为0.087 W·(m·K)^(-1)。Alumina-mullite porous ceramics were prepared by foaming method usingα-Al_(2)O_(3) micropowder and SiO 2 micropowder as the raw materials,boehmite(γ-AlOOH)sol as the binder,and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)as the foaming agent.Effects of boehmite sol addition(1%,2%,4%,5%,6%8%,by mass)and SDS addition(1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%,3%,5%,by mass)on the apparent porosity and the crushing strength,and effects of the firing temperature(1300,1350,1400,1450,1500,and 1600℃)on the properties and the microstructure of the ceramics were researched.The results show that the apparent porosity of the ceramics decreases with boehmite sol addition increasing,but the crushing strength increases gradually.The apparent porosity increases first and then decreases with the increase of SDS addition,while the crushing strength show the opposite trend.The crushing strength increases first and then decreases with the firing temperature rising,but the apparent porosity decreases all the time.5%boehmite,2.5%SDS and 1450℃of the firing temperature are the optimal preparation condition,thus the crushing strength of 6.7 MPa,apparent porosity of 79.5%,and thermal conductivity of 0.087 W·(m·K)^(-1) are obtained.
