摘 要:首先,通过试样粒度试验和称样量试验确定了三氯化铁溶解-重铬酸钾滴定法测定铁铝尖晶石中金属铁含量的分析方法;然后,通过试样粒度试验、称样量试验、HCl和H 2SO 4加入量试验以及碳酸氢钠加入量试验,确定了HCl/H 2SO 4混合酸分解-重铬酸钾滴定法测定以FeO计的金属铁和氧化亚铁合量的分析方法;最后,采用差减法计算试样中氧化亚铁的含量,并采用高温氧化后试样的质量变化率法进行了验证。结果表明,本方法准确可行。Firstly,the determination method of metallic iron content in hercynite by ferric trichloride solution-potassium dichromate titration was confirmed by the particle size test and the sample weighing test.Secondly,the determination methods of the total content of metallic iron and ferrous oxide(expressed with the corresponding FeO content)by HCl/H 2SO 4 mixed acid decomposition-potassium dichromate titration were confirmed by the particle size test,sample weighting test,HCl and H 2SO 4 addition test,and sodium bicarbonate addition test.Finally,ferrous oxide content in the sample was calculated by the subtraction method,and the mass-change rate of the sample after high-temperature oxidation was used for verification.The method is proved to be accurate and feasible.
