摘　　要：明确的职业能力结构为针对性的职业能力培养模型设计提供了可能,本文基于"结构观察"得出的辅导员9种通用能力,根据能力培养的需求并通过学习偏向性分析建立相应的高校辅导员能力培养模型,力图为辅导员能力培养方案设计和辅导员个人能力提升提供针对性的解决方案。The clear structure of professional ability provides the possibility for the design of targeted vocational ability training model. Based on "structural observation",nine kinds of general abilities of counselors are obtained in this paper,According to the needs of ability training and through the analysis to learning bias,the corresponding ability training model of college counselors is established,trying to provide the solutions to improve the design of Counselor’s ability training program and the improvement of Counselor’s personal ability.
