中国森林碳储量的影响因素研究——基于社会经济视角

摘　　要：森林碳汇在缓解气候变暖中发挥越来越重要的作用,成为中国应对气候变化的重要策略。森林碳汇受到很多因素的影响,但社会经济变量对森林碳储量的影响尚不清楚。文章基于第2—9次全国森林清查数据,运用蓄积量扩展法对中国31个省份的森林碳储量进行估算,并在此基础上运用多元回归对影响森林碳储量的影响因素进行分析。结果表明:我国森林碳汇资源丰富,各地区森林碳储量逐年增加,东北地区和西南地区是我国森林碳汇量最丰富的地区;森林面积和农业产值对森林碳储量的影响最大。森林面积对森林碳储量呈正向影响,农业产值对森林碳储量呈负向影响。林业人员数、森林面积占林业用地面积对森林碳储量正向影响,人均GDP对森林碳储量负向影响。因此因地制宜开展森林碳汇,加强林业和农业之间的产业融合发展,建立多元化补偿机制等对提高全国森林碳储量具有重要意义。Forest carbon sink plays an increasingly important role in the mitigation of climate warming,and has become an important strategy for China to cope with climate change. The forest carbon sinks are affected by many factors,but the effects of social-economic variables on forest carbon stocks are unclear. Based on the 2—9 times national forest inventory data,this paper estimates the forest carbon reserves in 31 provinces of China by using the accumulation expansion method,and analyzes the influencing factors of forest carbon reserves on this basis. The study results show that: China is rich in forest carbon sequestration resources. The forest carbon reserves in various regions are increasing year by year. The northeast and southwest regions are the regions with the most abundant forest carbon sequestration resources. The forest area and agricultural output have the greatest impacts on forest carbon reservation. Forest area has a positive effect on forest carbon reservation,while agricultural output has a negative effect on forest carbon reservation. The number of forestry personnel and the forest area in the forest land area have the positive impacts on the forest carbon reservation,while the per capital GDP has a negative impact on the forest carbon reservation. Therefore,it is of great significance to develop forest carbon sink according to local conditions,strengthen the integrated development between forestry and agriculture,and establish diversified compensation mechanism to improve the national forest carbon reservation.
