摘　　要：随着我国国际地位的提高,中国已成为世界第二大经济体,在国内金融市场不断完善和对外贸易结算积极开展的双重作用下,人民币在国际金融市场的认可度也在不断增强,逐渐发挥其作为世界货币的职能,走向国际舞台。2009年我国开始推行跨境贸易人民币结算试点制度,至今已发展11年之久。人民币的国际化进程取得了长足发展,正逐步实现从贸易结算到金融交易计价,最后成为世界主要储备货币的目标。人民币国际化遵循"清算—定价—储备"的演进逻辑,其中人民币贸易结算是非常基础却又占据着重要地位的环节。在金融科技革命的大背景下,中美贸易争端加剧又叠加新冠疫情的暴发和蔓延,国际形势日益错综复杂,中国加速推进以人民币为媒介的计价和结算货币体系的工作迫在眉睫,从而有助于防范内外部系统性金融风险,保障我国金融安全与稳定。With the improvement of our international status,China has become the second largest economy all over the world.With the continuous improvement of the domestic financial market and the foreign trade settlement,RMB has been widely accepted in the international financial market,playing an more and more important role as a world currency.China has carried out pilot projects for the use of the RMB in cross-border trade in 2009,which has developed for 11 years.The internationalization of RMB has made great progress.It is gradually realizing the goal of becoming the world’s major reserve currency from the settlement of trade to the valuation of financial transactions.RMB internationalization follows the evolutionary logic of"settlement-pricing-reserve",in which RMB trade settlement is a very basic but important step.Under the background of the financial and technological revolution,the trade disputes between China and the United States have intensified,coupled with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,and the international situation has become increasingly complex.It is urgent for China to accelerate the work of promoting the RMB pricing and settlement monetary system,which helps to prevent internal and external systematic financial risks and ensure China’s financial security and stability.
