“双循环”新发展格局下升级“一带一路”金融支撑体系研究

摘　　要：金融是现代经济的血脉,"一带一路"的顺利实施需要强有力的金融支持。在"双循环"新发展格局下,"一带一路"建设面临着新的契机和挑战,必须升级"一带一路"金融支撑体系以更好地满足企业的投融资需求。文章通过分析"一带一路"金融支撑体系建设成效、面临的机遇和挑战,进而提出"双循环"新发展格局下升级"一带一路"金融支撑体系的具体实施建议。应该从提升金融机构体系、健全金融市场体系、创新金融产品体系、完善金融基础设施体系、构建金融风险防范体系、重塑金融治理体系等方面着手构建"一带一路"金融支撑体系升级版。Finance is the blood of modern economy,and the smooth implementation of the Belt and Road requires strong financial support.Under the new development pattern of"dual circulation",the construction of the Belt and Road is faced with new opportunities and challenges.It is necessary to upgrade the financial support system of the Belt and Road to better meet the investment and financing needs of enterprises.This paper analyzes the achievements,opportunities and challenges of the construction of financial support system of the Belt and Road,and then puts forward specific implementation suggestions for upgrading financial support system of the Belt and Road under the new development pattern of"dual circulation".The financial support system of the Belt and Road should be upgraded from the aspects of improving the financial institution system,completing the financial market system,innovating the financial product system,perfecting the financial infrastructure system,building the financial risk prevention system,and reshaping the financial governance system.
