摘 要:应用PLC与变频器,参考瓦斯浓度与矿井气压压力,进而控制电动机工作相关程序以及电动机工作时的运转功率,有助于提高矿井通风效率,同时实现机器运转节能减排,能自动进行机械故障警报,根据瓦斯浓度准时断电,是改进矿井通风系统的重要研究方向。不同于以往的通风系统,PLC系统应用时具有高可靠性,容易接线,低故障率以及容易维护等优势。PLC技术的应用增强了通风系统自动化能力,有助于减少工作人员的劳动,本文将对PLC在有色金属矿井通风机控制系统中的应用进行研究,以期为相关工作者提供借鉴。The use of PLC and frequency converter,reference gas concentration and mine air pressure,and then control the working procedures of the motor and the operating power of the motor when it is working,which helps to improve the ventilation efficiency of the mine,and at the same time realizes the energy-saving and emission reduction of the machine operation,and can automatically perform machinery Fault alarm,cut off power on time according to gas concentration,is an important research direction for improving mine ventilation system.Different from the previous ventilation system,PLC system has the advantages of high reliability,easy wiring,low failure rate and easy maintenance.The application of PLC technology enhances the automation capability of the ventilation system and helps to reduce the labor of the staff.This article will study the application of PLC in the non-ferrous metal mine ventilator control system in order to provide reference for relevant workers.
