摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,城市建设逐步从中心式建设发展到社区建设,社会的智能化、信息化发展促进了社区的建设和发展。当前,人民群众的物质文化需求不断提高,文化建设成为社区建设的重中之重,同时也是难点所在。论文结合山东省文化建设的特点,分析济南市老城区社区文化设施建设的瓶颈,提出科学合理且可行的建议。With the rapid development of economy,urban construction has gradually developed from central construction to community construction.The development of intelligence and informatization of society has promoted the construction and development of community.At present,people's material and cultural needs continue to improve,cultural construction has become the top priority of community construction,but also the difficulty.Combined with the characteristics of cultural construction in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the bottleneck of the construction of community cultural facilities in the old urban area of Jinan City,and puts forward scientific,reasonable and feasible suggestions.
