摘 要:核因子κB受体活化因子配体等重要信号分子介导了骨代谢性疾病的发生,但确切机制仍不清楚。目前认为,骨密度和骨细胞量受肠道菌群影响。因此,可以通过不同饮食调节肠道菌群介导的信号通路,提高骨代谢水平,如细菌代谢食物产生的短链脂肪酸和转化的氧化三甲胺参与了骨的免疫反应和代谢活动。此外,细菌代谢物,如微生物相关的分子模式,跨肠内皮屏障进入体循环也是可能的机制之一。对于靶向细菌分离后治疗人体骨代谢性疾病效果的研究,目前仍以动物实验为主,针对这些研究结果存在的差异,需开展大规模的临床试验进行验证。未来,肠道菌群可能成为治疗骨代谢性疾病的重要靶点,而微生物群定向补充食物也有望成为患者个体化饮食干预的新方法。Some vital signaling molecules,such as the receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand,mediate the pathogenesis of bone metabolic diseases,although the precise mechanism remains unclear.At present,it is believed that bone mineral density and osteocyte quantity are affected by gut microbiota.Therefore,the signal pathway mediated by gut microbiota can be regulated through different diets to improve the level of bone metabolism.For example,bacterial fermentation of short chain fatty acids and bacterial transformation of trimethylamine oxide participate in immune response and metabolic activities of bone.In addition,bacterial metabolites,such as the microbe associated molecular pattern,entering the systemic circulation cross the intestinal endothelial barrier,could be one of the mechanisms.The current research on the effect of isolated targeted bacteria in the treatment of bone metabolic diseases is still mainly based on animal experiments,and large-scale clinical trials are required to test the differences in the application effect.In the future,gut microbiota may become an important target for the treatment of bone metabolic diseases,and microbiota-directed complementary food is expected to become a new method of individual diet intervention for the patients.
