摘 要:随着人口老龄化,骨质疏松症患病率逐年升高。采用影像学方法检测骨密度可以判断骨量变化,从而早期筛查和诊断骨质疏松症。近年来,定量CT以其独特的三维成像优势在骨密度测量领域广泛应用。与双能X线相比,定量CT可选择性对骨骼中代谢转化率较高的松质骨进行检测,准确性高,同时定量CT可通过已有的CT扫描图像进行骨密度测定,具有经济、便捷的优势。定量CT有望在临床风险预判及预后评估中发挥重要作用。目前大数据研究已建立中国人群定量CT骨密度参考值范围,未来可纳入骨质疏松症相关危险因素进行深入探讨。With the aging of the population,the prevalence of osteoporosis is increasing year by year.Bone mineral density can be detected by imaging method,which can be used for the early screening and diagnosis of osteoporosis.In recent years,quantitative CT has been widely used in the field of bone mineral density measurement with its unique advantages of three-dimensional imaging.Compared with dual energy X-ray,quantitative CT can selectively detect the cancellous bone with high metabolic conversion rate in bone to improve the accuracy of the results.At the same time,quantitative CT can determine bone mineral density through the existing CT scanning images,which has the advantages of economy and convenience.Quantitative CT is expected to play an important role in the osteoporosis risk prediction and prognosis evaluation.At present,big data research has established the reference range of quantitative CT bone mineral density in Chinese population,which can be included in the risk factors of osteoporosis for further exploration in the future.
