摘 要:三维斑点追踪成像(3D-STI)技术是近年来随着超声医学不断发展出现的新技术。3D-STI技术在二维斑点追踪成像(2D-STI)的基础上结合实时三维超声心动图技术,通过对立体空间内心肌斑点的追踪,实现对心肌功能的定量评价。3D-STI技术克服了传统组织多普勒技术的角度依赖性和2D-STI的“失追踪”现象,具有较高的临床应用价值。3D-STI技术目前主要应用于冠心病、瓣膜病等心脏疾病的诊疗,在心室形态、心肌机械同步性评价等方面均具有独特优势,多种应变指标的结合也为心功能的评价提供了更多可能。Three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI)is a new technology emerging with the continuous development of ultrasound medicine in recent years.On the basis of two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,this technology,which overcomes the angle dependence of traditional tissue Doppler technology and the"out-of-tracking"phenomenon of two-dimensional speckle tracking technology,realizes quantitative evaluation of myocardial function by tracking myocardial spots in three-dimensional space and has high clinical application value.It is mainly used in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease,valvular disease and other heart diseases.3D-STI has unique advantages in the evaluation of ventricular morphology,myocardial mechanical synchronization and other aspects.With the combination of multidirectional strains indexes,it also provides more possibilities for the evaluation of cardiac function.
