郑州市院外急救患者病情特征的分析

摘　　要：目的研究郑州市区院外急救接诊患者疾病的特点,为完善院外急救资源合理配置提供依据。方法收集2018年1月2019年12月郑州市区院外急救有效出诊病例,采用描述性流行病学方法,分析院外出诊疾病类型、病情程度、呼救时间等特点。结果两年来共有效出诊253362人,男女比例为1.46:1,20~29岁患者最多,占16.75%,轻、中度病情的患者人数高达88.11%。出诊的前5位疾病是:其他原因导致的各种创伤56616人(22.35%),交通事故导致的各种创伤47107人(18.59%),神经系统疾病39476人(15.58%),循环系统疾病24002人(9.47%),酒精中毒16676人(6.58%)。1d之内有两个出诊高峰,分别是早8点和晚22点,22点后数量逐渐下降到次日凌晨4点为最低。结论郑州市区院外急救以创伤为主,青年居多,病情程度多以轻、中度患者为主。根据院外接诊患者病情特点,进行针对性急救团队培训,急救知识普及,减少意外伤害的发生。Objective To study the characteristics of pre-hospital emergency patients in Zhengzhou,and to provide basis for improving the rational allocation of pre-hospital emergency resources.Methods The cases of pre-hospital emergency were collected from January 2018 to December 2019 in Zhengzhou,and analyzed disease type,disease severity,time of onset and other characteristics in descriptive epidemiological methods.Results There were 253362 patients in the past two years.The ratio of male to female was 1.46:1.The patients aged 20~29 were the most,accounting for 16.75%.The number of patients with mild and moderate ilness was as high as 88.11%.The top 5 diseases of pre-hospital emergency are:injuries caused by other causes 56616(22.35%),injuries caused by traffic accidents 47107(18.59%),diseases of the nervous system 39476(15.58%),diseases of the circulatory system 24002(9.47%),and alcohol poisoning 16676(6.58%).There are two peak periods in a day,the first peak is 8:00 am and the second is 22:00 pm,and the peak gradually decreases to the lowest value from 22:00 pm to 4:00 am.Conclusion Trauma is the main disease in Zhengzhou,mostly young people,mostly mild and moderate patients.According to the characteristics of pre-hospital emergency patients,pre-hospital emergency personnel should be given targeted.training;the knowledge of first aid should be popularized to reduce the occurrence of accidental injuries.
