摘　　要：目的规范移动式生命支持系统论证,为移动式生命支持系统研发、采购、升级改进及市场规范化提供技术支撑。方法以紧急医学救援伤病员搬运工具体系设计为基础,针对伤病员连续救治需求,对移动式生命支持系统的概念、分类、通用要求、基本技术性能及参数要求等开展论证与研究。结果提出了移动式生命支持系统的概念、分类,提出了典型装备的技术性能要求。结论在各类突发事件紧急医学救援过程中,移动式生命支持系统的建立和应用,确保了伤病员从抢运任务完成到伤病员在野外移动医院或就近固定医院实施救治期间持续的生命支持,为最大限度减低伤亡提供了保障。A bstract:Objective To standardize the demonstration of mobile life support system and provide technical support for R&D,procurement,upgrading and market standardization of mobile life support system.Methods Based on the design of emergency medical rescue patient carrying tool system,the concept,classification,general requirements,basic technical performance and parameter requirements of mobile life support system were demonstrated and studied according to the continuous treatment needs of patients.Results The concept and classification of mobile life support system were put forward,and the technical performance requirements of typical equipment were put forward.Conclusion In all kinds of emergency medical rescue process,the establishment and application of mobile life support system can en-sure the sustained life support of the wounded from the completion of the rescue task to the implementation of treatment in the field mobile hospital or the nearby fixed hospital,and prov ide guarantee for minimizing casualties.
