摘　　要：近年来研究发现自身免疫机制参与心脏损伤,促进了心血管疾病的发生和发展。β1肾上腺素受体自身抗体(β1ARAb)是靶向心脏β1受体的自身抗体,可与心脏β1受体结合,激活相应细胞信号转导途径,在心肌病、心力衰竭、心房颤动等多种心血管疾病中起重要作用。对其作用机制的深入研究,有助于β1ARAb成为心血管疾病新的病因诊断标志物或治疗靶点。本文就β1ARAb的特点及其在心血管疾病的流行病学、致病机制及治疗措施中的作用研究进展作一综述。Recently,studies have indicated that autoimmune are involved in cardiac injury and the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases.Beta-1 adrenergic receptor autoantibody(β1ARAb)bind to cardiacβ1 receptors and activate transduction of the corresponding cellular signals.It plays a pathogenic effect in the development of various cardiovascular diseases such as cardiomyopathy,heart failure and atrial fibrillation.In-depth research on its mechanism will helpβ1ARAb become a new pathogenic diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the characteristics ofβ1ARAb and its epidemiology,pathogenic mechanism and treatment measures in cardiovascular diseases.
