摘 要:为试验新型阴离子捕收剂HL-01对钛铁矿的浮选效果,以攀枝花某选铁厂尾矿为原料,进行了浮选单因素条件试验和工艺流程试验。采用红外光谱(FTIR)分析捕收剂HL-01的组成,X射线衍射(XRD)分析原矿矿物组成。筛分分析表明,原矿-0.074mm粒级的含量达91%;原矿TiO2含量为19.63%。条件试验结果表明,HL-01最佳浮选条件为:矿浆浓度21%,HL-01用量2600g/t,硫酸用量1600g/t和刮泡时间10min;该条件下,可获得钛精矿TiO2品位为44.87%,回收率为82.46%。在最佳条件下,进行HL-01钛铁矿浮选工艺流程试验,结果表明,通过一次粗选一次精选的浮选流程,可获得钛精矿TiO2品位为47.61%,回收率为81.97%的良好指标。In order to test the flotation effect of the new anionic collector HL-01 on ilmenite,the single factor condition test and technological process test of flotation were completed with the tailings from an iron concentrator in Panzhihua as raw material.The composition of collector HL-01 was analyzed by FTIR,and the mineral composition of raw ore was analyzed by XRD.Screening analysis shows that the content of-0.074 mm grain in raw ore is 91%,and the content of TiO2 is 19.63%.The optimal flotation conditions of HL-01 are as follows:slurry concentration is 21%,HL-01 dosage is 2600 g/t,sulfuric acid dosage is 1600 g/t and blowing time is 10 min.Under these conditions,the HL-01 flotation technological process of ilmenite is tested.The results show that through one roughing and one fine flotation process,TiO2 grade of titanium concentrate is47.61% and the recovery rate is 81.97%,with a good effect.
