摘 要:基于Box Behnken Design(BBD)响应面试验研究方法,进行了煤泥通过水力空化预处理强化浮选的试验研究,重点考察了喉管流速、充气率以及循环次数对精煤灰分以及可燃体回收率的影响。试验结果表明:充气率是影响浮选指标最显著的因素,同时各因素具有交互作用,无药剂水力空化预处理对于煤泥浮选捕收性有较大提高且不会影响其选择性,最佳工艺条件为:喉管流速为16m/s,充气率为2.3%,循环次数为5.3次,此条件下可以得到精煤分灰为12.03%,可燃体回收率为85.89%的精煤。相比于常规浮选,可燃体回收率可以提高11.09个百分点,同等浮选指标下可以节省50%的煤油用量。Based on the Box Behnken Design(BBD)response surface method,an experimental study on enhanced flotation of coal slime by hydrodynamic cavitation pretreatment was carried out.The effects of throat flow velocity,aeration rate and the number of cycles on ash content of clean coal and combustible recovery rate were mainly investigated.The experimental results show that aeration rate is the most significant factor affecting flotation indexes.At the same time,all the factors interact with each other,and the reagent free hydrodynamic cavitation pretreatment can greatly improve the slime flotation collectability without affecting its selectivity.The optimal process conditions are as follows:the throat flow velocity is 16 m/s,the aeration rate is 2.3%,and the number of cycles is 5.3.Under these conditions,the clean coal with ash content of 12.03% and combustible recovery rate of 85.89%can be obtained.Compared with the conventional flotation,the combustible recovery rate can be increased by 11.9 percentage points,and the kerosene consumption can be saved by 50% under the same flotation index.
