摘　　要：江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂历经一期、二期、三期工程改造及四期新30万吨扩建后,其产能基本不会进一步提升,同时也存在部分工艺落后,设备设施不能满足现在工艺需求,制约了贵冶进一步发展。为破解当前面临的各种不利局面,我们必须坚持以“技术创新引领”为导向,构建出高效协同的作业管控模式,不断深入内涵发展,技术革新,设备升级,方能凤凰涅槃,破茧重生。After phase I,phase II and phase III project transformation and phase IV new 300,000 tons expansion,the production capacity of JCC Guixi Smelter will not be further improved.At the same time,there are also some backward processes,equipment and facilities cannot meet the current process needs,which restricts the further development of JCC Guixi Smelter.In order to solve the current adverse situation,we must adhere to the guidance of"technological innovation",build an efficient and coordinated operation control mode,and constantly deepen the connotation of development,technological innovation,equipment upgrading,then can phoenix nirvana,break the cocoon and rebirth.
