摘  要:江铜贵冶350吨倾动炉自2003年8月建成投产运行以来,因杂铜原料日益复杂,生产工艺的变化不能满足生产的需求。在生产实践中不断总结优化创新,从工艺和设备的角度出发,开发出贵冶倾动炉风管富氧造渣技术、可倾转自动摇炉方式技术、稀氧燃烧技术、随动式溜槽技术等,通过实践运用后提高了倾动炉作业效率,降低了吨铜重油单耗,起到了节能减排、降本增效的作用,同时提高了倾动炉寿命,提升了倾动炉的市场竞争能力。Since the 350-ton tilting furnace of JCC Guixi smelter was built and put into operation in August 2003,because of the increasing complexity of raw materials of miscellaneous copper,the change of production process can not meet the demand of production,from the point of view of technology and equipment,oxygen-enriched slag-making technology,tilting automatic shaking furnace mode technology,we developed dilute oxygen combustion technology and follow-up tank technology,tilting furnace in Guixi Smelter.through practice,the operation efficiency of tilting furnace is improved,the per ton heavy oil consumption of copper is reduced,the energy and emission are reduced,the cost and efficiency are increased,the service life of tilting furnace is increased,and the market competition ability of tilting furnace is enhanced.
