摘  要:针对旋转轴在狭小紧凑空间、供电困难、电磁环境复杂的恶劣测试环境下,常规传感器无法满足测试需求的问题,提出了薄片铜环与轴融合的全封闭旋转轴转速测试方法。将薄片铜环作为交叉式容栅传感器与轴融合,采用存储测试方法,利用全封闭金属壳体包裹传感与测试单元,进行一定的电磁屏蔽,以适应电磁复杂环境。并搭建模拟实验台进行了测试实验,对采集到的转速数据进行分析处理,实现了对特殊环境下旋转轴在转动过程中转速参数的非接触式测量。Aiming at the problem that the conventional sensors can not meet the rotationg shaft test requirements under the condition of narrow and compact space,difficult power supply and complex electromagnetic environment,a fully closed rotation shaft speed test method was proposed.Using the thin copper ring as a cross-type capacitance grid sensor to fuse with the shaft and using storage test methods,and a fully enclosed metal shell was used to wrap the sensor and test unit to perform certain electromagnetic shielding to adapt to the complex electromagnetic environment.And a simulation experiment platform was set up to carry out the test experiment,analyze and process the collected speed data,and the non-contact measurement of rotating speed parameters are realized during the rotation under the special environment.
