摘 要:机车轮对从直线钢轨导向曲线道岔平稳运行时,轮对过盈配合面应力及微动滑移分布特性比直线行驶状态复杂得多,给机车轮对安全运行带来了安全隐患。基于Abaqus软件模拟机车轮对平稳通过曲线道岔的运行过程,比较直线行驶和过曲线道岔时过盈配合面应力分布特性以及机车通过曲线道岔不同位置时过盈配合面应力分布特性,并比较过盈配合面周向和轴向微动滑移分布特性以及不同曲线道岔位置时微动滑移特性。研究结果表明:直线行驶和曲线行驶径向应力最大值都出现在配合面中部,直线行驶时径向应力在距离两侧0~30 mm的范围由外向内突然变小;轮对在曲线道岔平稳运行时,过盈配合面内侧径向应力值逐渐变大,外侧径向应力逐渐变小,内外侧径向应力差值变大;轮对在曲线道岔运行时的周向和轴向滑移幅度随着行驶时间的增加逐渐变大,过盈配合面两侧滑移值远大于中间滑移值,且曲线道岔运行距离越长滑移越明显。When the locomotive wheel set runs smoothly from straight rail to curve turnout,the distribution characteristics of the wheel set interference fit surface stress and fretting slip are much more complex than that of the straight running state,which brings hidden danger to the safe operation of the locomotive.Based on the numerical software,this paper simulated the running process of locomotive wheel set passing through curve turnout smoothly.The stress distribution characteristics of the interference fit surface,the circumferential and axial fretting slip distribution characteristics of the interference fit surface,and the stress distribution characteristics and fretting slip characteristics of the interference fit surface when the locomotive passes through the different positions of the curve turnout are compared.The results are as follows.The maximum radial stress of straight line driving and curve driving appears in the middle of the mating surface,and the radial stress of the former suddenly decreases from the outside to the inside within the range of 0~30 mm away from both sides.When the wheel set runs smoothly in curve turnout,the radial stress of the inner side of the interference mating surface gradually increases,the outer side gradually decreases,and the difference between the inner and outer side radial stress becomes larger.When the wheel set is running in the curve turnout,the slip amplitude of the two sides of the interference fit surface is much larger than that of the middle one.
