摘　　要：新环境下中小银行生存发展环境严峻。席卷全球的新冠疫情,不仅给人们健康生命造成严重的威胁,也给全球经济贸易、产业链、供应链及生存就业等带来了巨大冲击。这对实体经济的冲击不可避免,也会直接或间接冲击到金融体系,对金融机构、金融市场造成巨大的影响乃至破坏。最近可以看到,不仅民营企业出现违约,包括地方国有企业也出现了违约,甚至不排除地方政府违约的可能性。Under the new situation,the environment for the survival and development of small and medium-sized banks is becoming more and more severe.How can small and medium-sized banks forge the core competitiveness under the competition full of uncertainty,risks and challenges?The author believes that‘the good six’(good employees,good systems and mechanisms,good corporate governance and risk control,good cultural genes and inheritance,good developm ent strateg ies and m odels,and good m arket reputation)plus‘one’the support of“strong”financial technology,the integration of the two constitute the foundation for the survival and development of small and medium-sized commercial banks under the new environment,new situation,and new risk challenges.It is the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized banks in the face of current risks,challenges and competition.
