摘　　要：粉碎型格栅具有工作寿命长、环境友好、可实现无人值守和节省空间的特点,但与传统机械格栅相比,粉碎型格栅存在投资较高、维修费用较高、维修周期较长等问题。因此,基于粉碎型格栅的构成、运行原理和运行特点,结合应用实例对其进行了分析,并对传统栗站改造和预制泵站生产中对格栅类别的选用提出了建议。The pulverizing screen has the characteristics of long working life,good for environment,unattended and space saving.Compared with the traditional mechanical grille,it also has the problems of higher investment cost,higher maintenance cost and longer maintenance cycle.Based on the composition,operating principle and characteristics of the pulverizing screen,it is analyzed combined with the application examples.Suggestions for the selection of grille types in the transformation of traditional pumping stations and the production of prefabricated pumping stations are provided.
