摘 要:对溶剂型聚合物在釜式反应器中的脱溶剂过程进行了模拟,通过数学模型的建立和运行,考察了温度、常减压和不同黏度等因素对溶剂脱除效果的影响。研究结果表明:气态溶剂气泡直径大小受到真空度影响较大,而温度对于气泡直径大小的贡献并不大。在真空和高温工况下,模拟的6 h时间内,模拟的胶粘剂体系残余溶剂含量可低于1%;若延长脱溶剂时间,甚至低于0.5%。The desolventising process of solvent-based polymer in a kettle reactor was simulated. The effects of temperature,atmospheric and vacuum pressure and different viscosity on solvent removal were investigated through the establishment and operation of the mathematical model. The research results showed that the bubble diameter of gaseous solvent was greatly affected by vacuum degree,while the contribution of temperature to bubble diameter was not significant. Under vacuum and high temperature conditions,the residual solvent content of the simulated adhesive system could be less than 1% within 6 h,or even less than 0.5% if the desolventising time was prolonged.
