摘 要:在环氧树脂(EP)中添加氢化松香改性的轻质纺锤体碳酸钙和硅烷偶联剂KH-550,制备了改性的EP胶复合材料,考察了改性碳酸钙添加量和相对于EP质量2%的KH-550对EP胶无缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度及耐腐蚀性能的影响,比较了性能最优的EP胶复合材料与纯EP胶的断面形貌和耐热性。研究结果表明:随着改性碳酸钙的填充量逐渐增大,EP胶复合材料的无缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度均表现为先增大后减小;拉伸样条在4种不同pH条件下浸泡后,拉伸强度均有所下降,其中,在中性条件下保持最好,且浸泡时间越长,拉伸强度下降越大;当改性碳酸钙掺量为10%(相对于EP质量而言)时,EP胶复合材料断面银纹多而密,韧性更好;最快失重速率温度为369.7℃,比纯EP胶362.2℃提高了7.5℃,热稳定性更好。Modified epoxy resin(EP)adhesive composite material was prepared by adding hydrogenatedrosin modified light-weight spindle calcium carbonate and silane coupling agent KH-550 to EP. The effects ofmodified calcium carbonate content and 2% KH-550 relative to EP mass on the unnotched impact strength,bending strength and corrosion resistance of EP adhesive were investigated. The cross-section morphology and heatresistance of EP adhesive composite material with the best performance and pure EP adhesive were compared. Theresearch results showed that as the filling amount of modified calcium carbonate gradually increased,the unnotchedimpact strength and bending strength of EP adhesive composite material first increased and then decreased. Thetensile strength of the samples decreased after soaking in four different p H conditions,the tensile strengthmaintained the best in neutral condition,with the increase of soaking time,the tensile strength decreased greatly.When the content of modified calcium carbonate was 10%(relative to the EP mass),the EP adhesive compositematerial had many and dense craze in cross-section,and the toughness was better. The fastest weight loss ratetemperature was 369.7 ℃,which was 7.5 ℃ higher than that of pure EP adhesive at 362.2 ℃,and the thermalstability was better.
