摘　　要：目的探讨"住院血糖优质护理项目"对住院手术患者的影响。方法2018年,该院启动"住院血糖优质护理项目",选取该院肝胆胰外科2018年5月项目启动前收治患者128例与2018年6月项目启动后收治的患者136例,比较两组患者的血糖值、糖化血红蛋白、住院天数、住院总费用、自我管理能力及护士对糖尿病知识的掌握情况。结果项目开展前后患者等待手术天数、术后等待出院天数、住院总费用、自我管理能力、护士对糖尿病知识的掌握情况等差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论住院血糖优护项目的开展有效减少了患者住院天数,改善围术期应激性高血糖和糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,提高了外科护士糖尿病知识的掌握程度。Objective To explore the effect of"inpatient blood glucose optimal nursing program"on inpatients undergoing surgery.Methods In 2018,the hospital launched the"inpatient blood glucose optimal nursing program".A total of 128 patients admitted to the department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery of this hospital before the program started in May 2018 and 136 patients admitted after the program started in June 2018 were selected.Blood glucose,HbA1c,length of stay,total cost of hospitalization,self-management ability and nurses'knowledge of diabetes were compared between the two groups.Results Before and after the implementation of the project,there were statistically significant differences in the number of patients waiting for surgery,the number of days waiting for discharge after surgery,the total cost of hospitalization,the ability of self-management and the nurses'knowledge of diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusions The development of the inpatient glucose optimal care program effectively reduced the length of hospital stay of patients,improved the self-management ability of perioperative stress hyperglycemia and diabetes patients,and improved the knowledge of diabetes in surgical nurses.
