摘 要:为了改善地质聚合物管式无机膜的力学性能和耐温性能,扩大其在水过滤和气体处理领域中的应用,使用高炉矿渣对钾水玻璃激发的偏高岭土基地质聚合物进行增强,直接发泡法制备了管式膜并对其性能进行了表征。实验结果表明:当发泡剂(过氧化氢)添加量为1.21%时,使用1.4 M的钾水玻璃制备的偏高岭土/矿渣基地质聚合物无机膜材料的抗压强度为14 MPa,抗折强度为2.12 MPa,无机膜材料的比表面积约76.94 m^(2)/g,孔隙率约70%,水通量为2689 kg/(m^(2)·h),该无机膜能截留水溶液中大于1.67μm的颗粒物(PM);热重分析及抗压测试表明,该无机膜能耐800℃以上高温煅烧,对烟气中PM2.5的去除率可大于97%,当烟气温度达到600℃时,PM2.5去除率仍在90%以上,由此说明该管式膜在水处理和气体净化方面具有极大的优异性。The purpose of this research is to improve the mechanical properties and temperature resistance of geopolymer tubular inorganic membrane and expand its application in the field of water filtration and gas treatment.Blast furnace slag was used to strengthen the metakaolin base geopolymer activated by potassium water glass,the tubular membrane was prepared by direct foaming method,and its properties were characterized.The experimental results show that when the addition amount of foaming agent(hydrogen peroxide)is 1.21%,the compressive strength and breaking strength of metakaolin/slag geopolymer membrane material prepared with 1.4 M of potassium water glass are 14 MPa and 2.12 MPa respectively,the specific surface area of the inorganic membrane material is about 76.94 m^(2)/g,the porosity is about 70%,and the water flux is 2689 kg/(m^(2)·h).The inorganic membrane can intercept particulate matter(PM)greater than 1.67μm in aqueous solution.The thermogrmetric analysis and compressive strength test show that the inorganic membrane can withstand high temperature calcination above 800℃,and the removal rate of PM2.5 in flue-gas can be greater than 97%;when the flue-gas temperature reaches 600℃,the removal rate of PM2.5 is still above 90%,which indicates that the tubular membrane has great advantages in water treatment and gas cleaning.
