摘　　要：目的探讨TW3-C RUS法与TW3-C Carpal法对3~5岁儿童骨龄判断的差异。方法收集3~5岁儿童行骨龄评估的手腕部X线平片,依据性别分组,对比分析2种骨龄法评估结果的差异。结果纳入男童208例,TW3-C RUS法与TW3-C Carpal法评估骨龄发育状态存在显著性差异(χ^(2)=46.69,P=0.00),两两比较发现,2种骨龄方法评估为发育正常时[-1<骨龄值减生活年龄差值(D)<1]存在显著差异(χ^(2)=9.93,P=0.00);评估为发育提前时(D>1)存在显著差异(χ^(2)=24.69,P=0.00)。纳入女童240例,TW3-C RUS法与TW3-C Carpal法评估骨龄发育状态存在显著性差异(χ^(2)=168.62,P=0.00),两两比较发现,2种骨龄方法评估为发育滞后时(D<-1)存在显著差异(χ^(2)=6.11,P=0.012)。结论TW3-C RUS与TW3-C Carpal法评估3~5岁儿童时均存在显著差异,男童评估结果发育滞后或女童评估结果发育正常和提前时2种方法均可采用;其他评估结果需结合临床特征。Objective To explore the difference between TW3-C RUS and TW3-C Carpal in the estimation of bone age of children aged 3-5 years.Methods Wrist X-ray films of children aged 3-5 years were collected.The differences between the two methods were compared and analyzed according to sex groups.Results In boys(n=208),there was significant difference between TW3-C RUS and TW3-C Carpal in assessing bone age development(χ^(2)=46.69,P=0.00).After comparison,it was found that there was significant difference between the two methods when they were assessed as normal development(-1<D<1)(χ^(2)=9.93,P=0.00)and when they were assessed as early development(D>1)(χ^(2)=24.69,P=0.00).In girls(n=240),there was significant difference between TW3-C RUS and TW3-C Carpal in assessing bone age development(χ^(2)=168.62,P=0.00).After comparison,it was found that there was significant difference between the two bone age methods when they were assessed as developmental delay(D<-1)(χ^(2)=6.11,P=0.012).Conclusion There are significant difference between TW3-C RUS and TW3-C Carpal in the evaluation of children aged 3-5 years,both methods can be used when the evaluation results for boys are delayed and for girls are normal or early;other evaluation results need to be combined with the clinical characteristics.
