双源CT中下腹部增强扫描联合CT尿路造影在泌尿系统检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双源CT中下腹部增强扫描联合CT尿路造影(CTU)的技术要点和可行性。方法前瞻性选取泌尿系疾病患者34例,以西门子双源64排螺旋CT行中下腹部CT增强+CTU,讨论并总结检查过程中的技术要点,检查完成后经工作站作一系列三维重组处理,由放射科2名高年资医师评定图像的应用价值。结果34例患者图像成像质量优良,内容丰富直观,均满足临床诊断需要。结论双源CT中下腹增强联合CTU检查,在泌尿系及下消化道、生殖系统等方面有一定优势,且方法简便易行,可行性高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the main technical points and feasibility of combination middle and lower abdomen enhancement with CT urography(CTU)by using dual-source CT.Methods Thirty-four cases with urological diseases were selected prospectively.Siemens dual-source 64 row spiral CT was used to perform the middle and lower abdomen enhancement and CTU.The main technical points in the examinational process were discussed and summarized.After the examination,a series of three dimensional reconstruction processing were carried out at the workstation,and the application value of the images was accessed by the two senior radiologists.Results The image quality of 34 patients was excellent,and the content was rich and intuitive,which met the needs of clinical diagnosis.Conclusion Combination of middle and lower abdomen enhancement with CTU by using dual-source CT has some advantages in the examination of the urinary system,lower digestive tract and reproductive system,The method is simple and feasible,which is worth clinically popularizing.
