56例老年肱骨外科颈骨折的临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的总结老年肱骨外科颈骨折的治疗体会.方法对河南济源钢铁(集团)有限公司职工医院2013年1月—2018年12月收治的56例老年肱骨外科颈骨折患者,分别采用中医手法整复小夹板外固定保守治疗和手术治疗,总结治疗方法及效果.结果采用传统中医手法保守治疗38例、手术治疗18例;所有患者骨折均获得愈合,愈合时间1~6个月,平均3.1个月;优29例、良22例、可5例,优良率91.1%.结论对于老年肱骨外科颈骨折患者,采用传统中医手法整复小夹板外固定和手术治疗,均可获得良好效果,应根据患者病情及适应证选择合理的治疗方式.Objective To summarize the treatment experience of humeral surgical neck fracture in the elderly.Methods A total of 56 elderly patients with humeral surgical neck fracture were treated with traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction and external fixation with small splints and operation in the Staff Hospital of Henan Jiyuan Iron and steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.from January 2013 to December 2018,respectively.The treatment methods and effects were summarized.Results A total of 38 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine conserved method and 18 cases were treated by surgery.All the fractures were healed with an average healing time of 3.1 months(range from 1 to 6 months).29 cases were excellent,22 cases were good,5 cases were fair,and the excellent and good rate was 91.1%.Conclusion For the elderly patients with humeral surgical neck fracture,traditional Chinese medicine manipulations and small splint external fixation and surgical treatment can achieve good results,and reasonable treatment should be selected according to the patient's condition and indications.
