2013—2019年四川省直属医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过对医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析,了解存在的问题,以加强医院感染管理,提高消毒灭菌工作质量,预防和控制医院感染发生。方法依据GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》等,通过采样及实验检测,对16所省直属医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手等消毒质量进行连续监测。结果2013—2019年期间,四川省直属医疗机构消毒质量平均总合格率为99.21%,年度合格率为98.84%~99.55%。合格率处于相对稳定的水平。在各监测对象中,使用中消毒液各年度监测合格率均为100.00%,消毒后内镜平均合格率最低,为92.95%,其余各监测对象平均合格率均达98.00%以上。结论四川省直属医疗机构消毒效果整体较好,但仍存在部分问题,尤其是消毒后内镜合格率略低,需进一步加强消毒管理,提高消毒质量。Objective To learn the existent problems so as to strengthen nosocomial infection management and improve disinfection and sterilization quality to prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.Methods According to GB15982—2012"Sanitary Standards for Nosocomial Disinfection",through specimen sampling and lab testing,consecutive surveillance was conducted for the quality of disinfections of indoor air,objects’surface,medical workers’hands in 16 provincially affiliated medical institutions.Results From 2013 to 2019,the average total qualification rate of disinfection of Sichuan provincially affiliated medical institutions was 99.21%.The annual qualification rates ranged from 98.84%to99.55%.The qualification rates were relatively stable.Among various objects under surveillance,all annual qualification rates of liquid disinfectants in use were 100.00%.The average annual qualification rate of disinfected endoscopes was the lowest(92.95%),whereas the average annual qualification rates of other objects under surveillance were all above 98.00%.Conclusion The overall disinfection effect of medical institutions directly under Sichuan Province is good,but there are still some problems.The qualification rate of post-disinfection endoscopes is slightly low,and it is necessary to further strengthen disinfection management and improve disinfection quality.
