摘　　要：新时代创新驱动发展背景下,MBA研究生管理创新能力的培养是中小企业管理系统化和科学化、企业参与激烈市场竞争、企业经营管理创新与改革的需要。国内MBA教育存在教育模式传统、实践应用技能课程不足、管理创新教育不完善、师资企业管理实践经历欠缺等不足。国外MBA教育招生考察方式较为完善、培养目标明确、重视创新文化氛围建设,对国内MBA研究生管理创新能力的培养具有一定借鉴意义。管理创新课程的设置、培养方式的优化、师资力量的提升、培养机构合作交流平台的构建、管理创新实践培训基地的建立是创新驱动发展背景下MBA研究生管理创新能力培养的有效路径。Under the background of innovation-driven development in the new era,the improvement of management innovation ability of MBA graduates is the need of systematized and scientific management of small and medium-sized enterprises,enterprises participating in fierce market competition,and enterprise management innovation and reform.In domestic MBA teaching,there are some shortcomings,such as the traditional education mode,the lack of practical application skills courses,the imperfection of management innovation education,and the lack of enterprise management practice experience.The foreign MBA education recruitment examination method is relatively perfect and the training objective is clear.It attaches importance to the building of innovative cultural atmosphere,which has a certain reference significance for the cultivation of the management innovation ability of MBA graduate students in China.It is an effective way to cultivate the management innovation ability of MBA graduate students under the background of innovation-driven development to set up the curriculum of management innovation,optimize the training mode,enhance the faculty strength,build the cooperation and exchange platform of training institutions,and establish the training base of management innovation practice.
