摘  要:通过天然岩心与人工岩心的岩心渗吸实验结果分析,黏土矿物的存在对渗吸作用存在影响。利用玻璃管填充不同比例黏土矿物和石英砂,可视化观察和测量湿相置换量和气-液界面前缘突进速度,实验采用2%、3%、5%含量黏土矿物和纯石英砂填充做对比发现,纯石英砂湿相置换量为88.96%,5%含量黏土矿物湿相置换量为69.22%。黏土矿物含量为5%时,所需要的置换时间为纯石英砂的2.29倍,湿相置换量为纯石英砂的77.8%。黏土矿物在接触去离子水后发生膨胀,湿相置换量随着黏土矿物含量的增加而减少。在湿相中加入KCl可有效抑制黏土矿物发生膨胀,并提高湿相置换率,实验结果显示5%黏土矿物填充管实验中,湿相加入40 g/L浓度KCl溶液,最终湿相置换率接近纯石英砂湿相置换率。可见,非湿相中存在不同含量的黏土矿物,对湿相-非湿相置换过程存在影响,而湿相中加入KCl可有效避免黏土膨胀。Through the analysis of the core imbibition experiment results of natural core and artificial core,it is concluded that the existence of clay mineral has an influence on imbibition.Different proportions of clay minerals and quartz sand were put in glass tubes.The amount of wet phase replacement and gas-liquid leading edge penetration rate were visually observed and measured.The experiment used 2%,3%,5%content of clay minerals and pure quartz sand as a comparison test.The results show that the pure quartz sand wet phase replacement amount is 88.96%,and the 5%content clay mineral wet phase replacement amount is 69.22%.When the clay mineral content is 5%,the replacement time required is 2.29 times that of pure quartz sand,and the amount of wet phase replacement is 77.8%of pure quartz sand.Clay minerals swelled after contact with deionized water,and the amount of wet phase replacement decreased with increasing clay mineral content.Adding KCl to the wet phase could effectively inhibit the expansion of clay minerals and increase the replacement rate of the wet phase.The experimental results show that in the 5%clay mineral filled tube experiment,the 40 g/L concentration of KCl solution is added to the wet phase,and the final wet phase replacement rate is close to that of the pure quartz.It can be seen that there are different contents of clay minerals in the non-wet phase,which affects the wet phase&non-wet phase replacement process,and adding KCl to the wet phase can effectively avoid clay expansion.
