摘  要:研究综合能源系统的配置和优化策略对于保障区域用能平衡、降低系统投资成本、提高运行的经济性具有重要的意义和价值。提出了含储能装置的园区型综合能源系统的三级协同规划方法,首先将综合能源系统的设计过程划分为设备选型、容量配置与运行优化三个阶段;然后根据各阶段之间的递进和耦合关系,采用系统级的建模方法,对各类设备的选型与运行约束进行总结和提炼,并引入储能装置约束,从而形成了结构简洁、约束紧凑的综合能源系统规划模型。针对该模型中的非线性函数项,引入了辅助变量和约束,将其等价转化为易于求解的混合整数线性规划问题。最后,分三种情形对某园区待建综合能源系统进行优化配置。算例测试结果验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。The study on the configuration and optimization of integrated energy system(IES)is of great significance.It can greatly ensure the regional energy balance,reduce system investment costs,and improve economic operation.Thus,a three-level collaborative planning method for park-type IES with energy storage devices was proposed.Firstly,the design process of IES was divided into three stages of equipment selection,capacity allocation and operation optimization.Then,according to the progressive and coupling relationship between each stage,the system level modeling method was used to summarize and refine the type selection and operation constraints of various equipment.And the constraints of energy storage devices were introduced,thus forming a concise integrated energy system planning model.For the non-linear function terms in the model,auxiliary variables and constraints were introduced,and the model was equivalently transformed into a mixed integer linear programming problem that was easy to solve.Finally,an optimal confi-guration of an integrated to-be-built energy system was carried out in three scenarios.The experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
