应用田七跌打丸治疗下肢静脉血栓形成的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨田七跌打丸治疗下肢静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:将2017年1月~2019年12月河池市人民医院收治的下肢静脉血栓形成患者72例,按病例就诊号(单双号)分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组采用田七跌打丸(三七、血竭、大黄、土鳖虫、红花、乳香(制)、没药(制)等)口服治疗;对照组给予血栓通、丹参多酚盐、前列地尔静脉滴注、手术取出治疗。观察对比两组患肢肿胀、压痛以及行走时浮肿等临床症状的改善情况,髌骨上下缘10.0cm处周径改善情况等。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.22%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组髌骨上下缘10.0cm处周径改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用田七跌打丸治疗下肢静脉血栓形成,疗效确切,标本兼治,明显改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tianqi dieda pill on venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,72 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis admitted to hechi people’s hospital were divided into treatment group and control group according to their case number(odd-even number),with 36 cases in each group.In the treatment group were treated with Tianqi dieda pills(pseudo-ginseng,blood dried,rhubarb,earthworm,safflower,frankincense(system),myrrh(system),etc.).The control group was given Thrombophen,salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols,alprolol intravenous drip and surgical removal.To observe and compare the improvement of clinical symptoms such as swelling,tenderness and edema during walking,and the improvement of circumference at the upper and lower edge of patella at 10.0 cm.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.22%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the improvement of the circumference diameter of the upper and lower edge of the patella at 10.0 cm in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of tianqi dieda pill in the treatment of lower limb venous thrombosis has a definite curative effect and can treat both symptoms and root causes.
