摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注体重对健康的影响。肥胖和体重过轻都是困扰现代人生活常见的机体状态,是多种疾病的诱发因素。流行病学研究表明,类风湿关节炎的发病、治疗和预后可能与肥胖、体重过轻有关。目前研究关于肥胖、体重过轻是如何影响类风湿关节炎发病、诊断、治疗和预后的机制尚无定论,本文将对此进行综述,以便为临床提供参考。Recently,the epidemic of obesity and underweight is a common physical condition that disturbs people’s life,and it is the inducer of many kinds of diseases.Epidemiological studies have shown that the pathogenesis,therapy and prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis may be related to weight.At present,there is no conclusion about how weight affects the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis.This paper will review researches to provide a reference for clinical practice guidelines.
