摘  要:针对硫酸系统净化工序的入口烟气中水分及颗粒物浓度居高不下,导致干吸和转化工序酸温升高、净化积泥严重的问题,分析了原有净化工序存在的问题,分别对洗涤塔和除泥工艺进行了优化改造,如将洗涤塔改造成填料塔、塔内螺旋喷嘴改成碳化硅空心锥喷嘴、净化三塔采用分级除泥工艺、除泥后酸水回用等。生产实践证明,此次改造取得了良好的运行效果,解决了净化工序降温效果差、设备积泥的问题。For the issues with the purification section of the sulphuric acid system,where the moisture content and particulate matters in the inlet flue gas are persistently high,which has caused increased acid temperature in the drying,absorption and conversion sections,and significant sludge buildup in the purification,the causes in the existing purification section are analyzed,and optimization revamp is carried out for the scrubber and sludge removal process.For instance,the scrubber is changed to a packed tower,the spiral nozzle in the tower is changed to silicon carbide hollow conic nozzle,and the three purification towers use stage-wise sludge removal process,and the sour water after sludge removal is recycled.The operation practice shows that the revamp has achieved excellent performance,which has addressed the poor cooling effect in the purification section,and sludge buildup issue in the equipment.
