农村灾害移民住房安置满意度研究——以射阳县风灾移民为例

摘　　要：以射阳县风灾移民为研究对象,在问卷调查和实地调研的基础上,从住房安置政策、住房条件、居住环境3个方面对风灾移民的住房安置满意度进行分析。结果表明,集中安置移民的住房安置满意度远高于分散安置移民,主要是由于住房条件、居住环境等因素的影响;受住房安置政策的影响,不同安置点移民的住房安置满意度存在显著差异。在此基础上提出相关建议,以期寻求提高灾害移民住房安置满意度的方法。Taking the cyclone immigrants in Sheyang county as the research object,based on the questionnaire survey and field investi⁃gation,this study analyzed the satisfaction degree of housing resettlement from three aspects:Housing resettlement policy,housing conditions and living environment.The results showed that the housing resettlement satisfaction of centralized resettlement was much higher than that of decentralized resettlement,mainly due to the influence of housing conditions,living environment and other factors;affected by the housing resettlement policy,there were significant differences in the housing resettlement satisfaction of different reset⁃tlement sites.On this basis,the study put forward relevant suggestions,in order to find ways to improve the satisfaction of disaster im⁃migrants housing resettlement.
