摘 要:我国大规模互联电网间功率频繁交换,单厂送出、典型外送系统暂态功角问题较为普遍,快速准确估算电网输电能力对增加系统安全稳定裕度和整体运营效率具有重要意义。文章基于等面积定则,分析惯性时间常数和静稳极限对电网暂态稳定传输功率极限的影响。在一定范围内转动惯量的增加,暂态稳定输送极限增大;事故前后静稳极限比值的减小,暂态稳定输送极限减小。结合大量工程经验,并引入K系数快速估算输电通道暂稳极限,通过系统外送功率的大量算例分析,验证了文中所提方法的有效性和实用性。The frequent exchange of power between large-scale interconnected power grids in China,the transient power angle problem of single-unit delivery and typical delivery systems is common;therefore,the rapid and accurate estimation of grid transmission capacity is of great significance for increasing system safety and stability margin and overall operational efficiency.Based on the equal area rule,this paper analyzes the interaction between the inertia time constant and the static stability limit on the transient power transmission limit of the power grid.After the moment of inertia increases,the transient stable transmission limit is larger within a certain range;the ratio decreases the static stability limit before and after the accident,and the transient stable delivery limit decreases.The transient stability limit of the transmission channel is quickly estimated by introducing the K-factor,and the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are verified by a large number of analyses and calculation of the outgoing power of the transmitting system.
