摘　　要：对于采用新技术、新方法,或者具有综合性、过程不可逆等特征的试验,开展通用质量特性分析尚没有可以直接执行的标准规范,因此提出以试验要素为分析对象的管控方法,研究明确了试验通用质量特性的定义、工作要求、工作内容,分专业建立了试验通用质量特性工作规范,在试验设计、实施中得到有效落实并不断完善,最终构建了试验通用质量特性体系,规范了试验全过程风险管控,高质量保证了研究型、综合性试验的成功。There is no standard specification that can be directly implemented for the general quality characteristic analysis of experiments adopting new technology,new method,or comprehensive and irreversible process.In this paper,a control method based on experiment elements is proposed.The definition,work requirements and work contents of general quality characteristics for experiments are studied and defined.The work specification of general quality characteristics is established in terms of various specialties,which is effectively implemented and improved in the design and implementation of experiments.Finally,the general quality characteristic system of experiments is established,which standardizes the risk management of the whole experiment process.The success of research-oriented and comprehensive experiments is guaranteed by high quality.
