摘 要:为研究旋风燃烧过程对碱金属迁移的影响,对比研究了燃用准东煤的旋风炉和室燃炉内碱金属Na、K的迁移规律。结果表明:旋风燃烧条件下Na在渣中的存在形式为不可溶的硅铝复盐,而在灰中的存在形式为硫酸盐和硅铝酸盐;渣中不可溶的K被全部置换进入气相;与固态排渣的室燃炉相比,旋风炉具有较高的捕渣率,水平烟道飞灰中Na、K盐浓度会升高,但进入炉膛尾部受热面的钠盐总量可减少21.88%;不同准东煤种的烟道飞灰中Na、K盐浓度主要由煤中Na2O、K2O质量分数确定。In order to research the influence of cyclone combustion on the migration mechanism of alkali metals,the migration of Na and K of Zhundong coal in the cyclone furnace and the chamber furnace were studied.The results indicate that,in the cyclone combustion the sodium in the slag mainly exits in the form of insoluble aluminosilicate,while in the form of sulfate and aluminosilicate in the ash.The insoluble potassium in the slag is completely replaced by sodium and volatilize into the gas.Compared with the chamber furnace with solid slagging,the concentration of Na and K in the fly ash of cyclone furnace are increased,however,the total amount of sodium salt entering the horizontal flue can be reduced by 21.88% due to the higher slag capture rate of liquid slagging.The concentrations of sodium and potassium in the ash are mainly determined by the mass fraction of Na2O and K2O for different Zhundong coals.
