基于百度地图Web API技术的WEBGIS气象服务研究及系统设计

摘　　要：针对传统专业用户气象服务网站开发周期长,产品展示形式单一等问题,采用基于百度地图Web API技术,研究各类气象数据在WEBGIS地图上的叠加显示,设计陕西省气象服务中心专业用户气象信息服务网站系统。利用模块化开发方式,划分基础数据、天气预报、天气实况、气象服务、后台文件处理系统、后台管理平台等六个模块,通过后台功能模块参数的灵活配置,实现网站快速搭建、功能定制化、图形化及可视化、信息精准推送等功能。Aiming at the problems of long development cycle of traditional professional user meteorological service website and single form of product display,this paper adopts Baidu map Web API to study the overlay display of various meteorological data on WEBGIS map,and designs the professional user meteorological information service website of Shaanxi meteorological service center.It adopted modular development approach and was divided into six modules:basic data,weather forecast,weather situation,meteorological service,background document processing system,background management platform.Through the flexible configuration of the backstage function module parameters,it realized the function of website fleetly,customization,graphics and visualization,information accurate delivery and other functions.
