摘　　要：跌倒是老年人失能、残障、寿命缩短及医疗费用增加的重要原因之一.老年人的跌倒存在多重危险因素,但是可防、可控.现对老年人群跌倒风险评估方法和干预措施的临床证据进行综述,分析有效性和适用性及相关领域的研究方向.Fall is one of major causes of disability,reduced mobility,shortness of life span and increased medical costs in the elderly.There are multiple risk factors for falls in the elderly,but they can be preventable and controlled.This article reviews the evidences regarding the clinical effectiveness,practicalness and security of these fall risk assessment methods and measures of interventions by evidence-based medicine in the elderly and analyzes their research directions.
