摘 要:分别以轻烧氧化镁粉、碳酸镁、分析纯氢氧化镁为MgO源,纳米η-Al_(2)O_(3)为原料(其摩尔比为1∶1),采用固相反应法制备镁铝尖晶石。研究不同MgO源对纳米η-Al_(2)O_(3)制备镁铝尖晶石的显气孔率、体积密度、物相组成、晶胞参数以及微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度升高,三种MgO源与纳米η-Al_(2)O_(3)制得镁铝尖晶石试样的致密性逐渐升高。在1600℃下,以氢氧化镁为MgO源与纳米η-Al_(2)O_(3)制得尖晶石试样的体积密度最大为3.296 g/cm^(3),显气孔率最低为1.9%,晶粒发育最好,晶粒尺寸约为3~5μm。1300℃时,三种MgO源与纳米η-Al_(2)O_(3)全部生成镁铝尖晶石,与以α-Al_(2)O_(3)为Al_(2)O_(3)源制备镁铝尖晶石的传统固相法相比,镁铝尖晶石的合成温度降低了100℃,可以降低镁铝尖晶石的成本,对镁铝尖晶石的应用具有实际意义。Magnesium aluminate spinel was prepared by solid-state reaction method with light burned magnesia powder,MgCO_(3) or analytically pure Mg(OH)_(2)as MgO source and nano-η-Al_(2)O_(3) with molar ratio of 1∶1.The effects of different MgO sources on the apparent porosity,bulk density,phase composition,unit cell parameters and microstructure of magnesium aluminate spinel prepared by nano-η-Al_(2)O_(3) were studied.The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature,the compactness of the magnesium aluminate spinel samples prepared by three kinds of MgO sources and nano-η-Al_(2)O_(3) becomes better and better.At 1600℃,the maximum bulk density of spinel samples prepared by using Mg(OH)_(2)as MgO source and nano-η-Al_(2)O_(3) is 3.296 g/cm^(3),the lowest apparent porosity is 1.9%,and the grain size is about between 3μm and 5μm.At 1300℃,all the three MgO sources and nano-η-Al_(2)O_(3) form magnesium aluminate spinel.Compared with the traditional solid-phase method,for preparing magnesium aluminate spinel withα-Al_(2)O_(3) as Al_(2)O_(3) source,the synthesis temperature of magnesium aluminate spinel is reduced by 100℃.It reduces the cost of magnesium aluminate spinel,which has practical significance for the application of magnesia alumina spinel.
